Optimize adds weekly testing, proposed fixes, and retesting, while Scale raises the question allowance and adds purchase-path testing. Enterprise is scoped around multiple sources, checkout and order events, access controls, and service-level requirements.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

The plan contents are the same. Monthly subscriptions are billed each month. Annual subscriptions include 12 months of service for the price of 10 and are billed once a year.

What happens if I exceed my allowance?

Connect includes 50 shopping questions per month. Additional capacity comes with Optimize. Plans never change automatically; upgrading is always your call. On Optimize and Scale, usage beyond your plan is billed per question at $0.99 (that is, $99 per 100 shopping questions), charged only after notice and your confirmation. Enterprise terms are set in the agreement.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, on any plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — monthly at the end of that month, annual at the end of that year.

How is Enterprise scoped?

Scope and pricing are based on product sources, checkout and order events, access requirements, service level, and implementation schedule. Contact sales to confirm the requirements and receive a proposal.
